Ok, y'all. Tom's obsession with this snake is totally cracking me up inside my head all the time. It's like he has an imaginary friend. Except his friend is not imaginary but is in fact a VENOMOUS BEASTIE. Who BY THE WAY rides around in his pocket/up his sleeve/curled around his neck inside his collar ALL THE TIME and like he probably has her sleep on the end of his bed or something IDEFK but it brings my heart such joy. PERHAPS ALL BABY TOM RIDDLE EVER NEEDED TO KEEP FROM TURNING EVIL WAS THE LOVE OF A GOOD REPTILE.
Also the snake puns WILL NEVER GET OLD. In Cassiopeia's ooc intro post James was like "She's very interested in his snake" and I almost DIED. |

IN ALL MY RP YEARS I'VE NEVER CHALLENGED A HOLD SOMEONE MADE BEFORE ME. Actually, I don't think I've ever been challenged after making the primary hold, but if I was, it must not have panned out. It's really nerve wracking, I don't know how people do it regularly.
So, PB suggestions? I need a PB for Neville Longbottom, age 21. He's an alternate timeline Neville, so there is another Neville already in play, PB'd by Daniel Cudmore. Originally I was aiming for a blonder PB, but with Daniel being dark-haired it won't work to have a dark-haired Neville and a blonde-haired Neville, at least to me. I'd like my Neville to look different, not just because even the dopple characters need different PBs, but because his life was very distinctly different. Someone thinner, serious and nervous looking, but with the potential to not be either in some icons, would be good.
Also, Megan. NOW YOU REALLY NEED TO DO GINNY. |

Blah blah no one cares about RPWriMo (it's 2,239 words in if you're curious but WHATEVER). BUT THIS IS IMPORTANT. TO ME.
NANOWRIMO
I'm still have PB issues with AM!Tonks, and now I'm wondering over Dorea's PB, too. Sigh. But my eyes hurt too much to do any more searching today. I really need to finish Dorea's profile, like, now. My steamtrek apps are crawling along, but I've hit some mild blocks in both of their personalities, chiefly making them sociable. Neither of them are social, in different ways, but I want to make sure that I can still make them interact despite the one's awkwardness and the other's snarkiness, otherwise I'll be in a corner unsure what to do because they won't want to say anything. Nonetheless, I plow on with them. At least I have till the first, gosh. Which is like what thirteen/twelve days away? Sigh. |

I'm tossing up dropping between_worlds. It's not holding my attention but it's fun and I feel guilty leaving the few people I have plots with.... especially since I recently dropped a game where one of them is so we lost this plot there too. It's fun but it's just so hard to keep up with at the moment... though its not as bad as it was. I just, I dunno. |

So, I'm going to be changing my PB for Tonks at AM. Again. Yes. I could, in theory, stick with Allison Scagliotti (who I adore), but she really doesn't have the range of expressions Tonks needs, and it's really sometimes hard to not think Claudia Donovan of Warehouse 13 when I look at her, and the last thing I need is a TV-show character influencing my portrayal of one of my favourite characters, kthx.
SO! A list, so I can keep track of who I'm considering. IF ANYONE HAPPENS TO HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS? Go right ahead.
