The Black Family ChroniclesIntroduction
My family you will have heard of and you most likely have heard of myself too. People know of my family even if they do not immediately recognise me. Not many people have and those who have don't connect me to my family. Sometimes that is a good thing, sometimes it isn't. It really just all depends on the situation that I'm currently in. My family has a long history which isn't all the surprising if one looks at our family tree. You can trace it back to the Roman Empire. It is rather impressive with the amount of people that are on it. Of course it is going to continue further through my two son's and my wife's brother's children though they will not have the family name. Yes my family is the infamous Black Family of Magical Britain and I am Orion Black youngest child and only son of Melanie McMillian and Arcturus Black as well as heir to the Black Family. My family has given me the task of recording our family history for the future generations to come in a Black Family Chronicle and this is what it is going to be.
Our first known ancestor was Nero Arctus Black in the Roman Empire. It is rather impressive that we can trace our family that we know of ancestors back then. Though not much else is known about them. From there we can travel all the way through the centuries to my children. Hopefully as time passes and they grow older they will continue to add to this Chronicle for their descendants to know of our families past.

IDEFK what my word count is at the moment because I spent last night and part of tonight dealing with drama and its fallout, which meant most of my time went to writing emails, rather than writing ACTUAL RP, and then the rest of tonight night was sucked up by my freaking computer going all buggy at me trying to upgrade the RAM. I thought the first time it did this it was a fluke, since RAM can't BE virusy, but damn if it didn't screw up my computer again. It's been properly scanned and cleaned, so all should hopefully be well again.
I hope Wednesday will be a better day for tags, since I'm going to do some now to unwind. |

I did two out of three tags, I'll see if I can muster out of my laziness to do the last one before bed, but I don't I SWEAR I'll do it in the morning. Failonme. Dominique and Dorea still aren't done because I still suck. And I'm falling behind fast on both of these, I need to catch up, but I'm too busy being a TVwhore to do that because I honestly don't feel like writing which is a lame excuse but I suck at getting myself to do anything when I don't feel like it so IDK what to do.

Celia's eyes shot open, and she sat up with a start to see Cian leaning against her door frame. His hood was down, exposing his pale skin, sunburned red in places. He looked fairly unconcerned that he had sneaked into her room, despite how many laws it was breaking.
"What in the names of the gods are you doing in here?!" She sputtered.
Cian blinked, and then seemed to realize that she was upset. "Oh! Your building let me in. And then I guessed the code for your room." After Celia just stared at him, still in shock, he added, "I was just sitting in the outer chamber."

In case anyone cares, the play is killing me. I'm tired all the time, I'm frustrated, and I just found out that something changed with the budget and we might have already gone over. And I need to spend at least another fifty bucks to finish off the set, not to mention we don't have all the props yet. Fuck.
Two more weeks, though, and it will be over and done with. I have promised myself Cait at BW as a reward, but we'll see how rewarding she actually is to play. I don't do well with non-Julian DEs, never have, and I think I only want her for the Chenoweth factor. We'll see.
I want to quit like...every game but BW right now, but I'm resisting, because I know the urge is only because I'm depressed and freaked about the play, and I'd regret it when the play is done. But all of them are either slow right now, or Gilded, which has a plot going on that makes me very uneasy. Meh.
Anyone who is still reading this: you guys, I need someone to play my OC Claire's family at BW. She's a Travers by birth, a Black by marriage, and her daddy Priam just got outed as a Death Eater...sort of. Also her brother Devon is eighteen and a blank slate, and I wants him, precious. I guess her mom wouldn't be bad to have around either. :( I would link to her profile but I'm so meh right now. |

Meh. I felt tired and lazy today. Hence, I didn't get anything done for RPWRIMO, because I suck. And I didn't get much done in way of NANOWRIMO either, really. And then my internet was bitchy this evening DESPITE the fact that we JUST got a new freaking modem which was supposed to quit this shittery.
Dorea's history is finished (thank goodness I'm making her so young), I'm going to write up her personality tomorrow, clean her up, and then a Dorea there shall be! Dominique is a bit tougher, because I'm having issues with her personality, because I need to differentiate her from how she is usually, and how she's become by having a bb (WHO IS NAMED ARTHUR, AFTER KING ARTHUR NOT GRANDPAPPY ARTHUR KTHX), but without changing her central core. I'm trying to make her nicer, but without her being nicer, and she's being a brat with me.
