I am too lazy to go back and edit my last post for these. So, spam!

1.
A. The capital city of this land place is on lock down as evil spirits/dark magic/whathaveyou plague the city from the inside. Basically horror on the inside of the city, worry on the outside, and panicking on both sides of the walls.

B. The entirety of a nation is plagued by dark magic/evil spirits/whathaveyou, particularly the countryside and smaller sized towns/villages. And basically worry/horror and possibly some folk going on a quest to end the horror and what not. Less localized version of 1A.

What I like about 1A is that it's a localized horror set in high fantasy. I've always been a bit of a fan of thrills and screams but I've never really given it a shot in a story. I'd really like to write a story that frightens the jeepers out of everyone. 1B is a more Epic version, and more run-of-the-mill I think. Either way, confusion and characters freaking out in abundance.

2.
A. Taking Daisy and her plots from last years NaNo and making it into it's own story. Her plot was IN BASIC ending up in a resistance camp for magic users. And befriending half-elves and basically stealing last year's spotlight like you cannot believe. No time-travel or friendly turf wars though.

B. Taking Adelaide, Rose, Barlow, Maribelle, and Jensen and letting them have their own story without Natalia, Jared, and Daisy stealing their awesome. They all interacted so well and had such story and back story to them. This could go well with 1A, actually...

C. Taking Rose and doing a "back"-story for her detailing some epic adventure she had in life. C2. Or just putting her on an epic adventure as she is. Old ladies kicking arse for the win, perhaps?

The idea of recycling characters seems cheap and easy to me, but it may be a good idea since I'd already have so much thought out for it. 2A would be the most likely, but a 2B (maybe or maybe not mixed with 1A/B) story is possible too?

Just a couple of jots.

ETA; leaning towards 1A with the title Darkness Falls. Eh? Eh?
